Dr. Baley provided excellent advice while I was making decisions about my double mastectomy due to breast cancer, which I had to undergo outside of Mexico. He always took the time to explain everything and help me make informed decisions. Later during my visit to Mexico, the doctor examined me and diagnosed scar necrosis due to the negligence of another doctor. He performed the reconstruction using the best possible technique to minimize damage and allow the scar to heal as quickly as possible, as it is in a very visible location. At each appointment, he took the time to talk with me, explain everything, and explore my options. The best part was feeling calm and confident that I was in the best hands when I walked in and out of the operating room. Dr. Daniela was also available 24/7 before, during, and after surgery via text messages to follow up with me, help me with an allergy I had due to adhesives, and answered all my questions. Breast Augmentation
Primary augmentation for patients who have never had implants, or repeat augmentation after explant. Dr. Baley works with multiple brands (Polytech, Motiva, Mentor, Eurosilicon) and recommends based on your anatomy and goals.

Reduction mammoplasty addresses the physical burden of oversized breasts: chronic back and neck pain, skin irritation, posture problems, physical limitation. The breast is reshaped with your own tissue, without implants, preserving sensation and breastfeeding potential where possible.

Restores breast position and shape after weight loss, pregnancy, or age-related changes. Can be combined with augmentation or reduction depending on your anatomy and goals. No implants required unless volume restoration is part of the plan.

Complete implant removal with or without capsulectomy. For patients returning to natural anatomy, addressing BII symptoms, or who no longer want implants. Two approaches: standard capsulectomy, or en bloc (implant and capsule removed as one intact unit, sent to pathology whole).

Implant removal combined with autologous fat transfer. Restore natural contour using your own tissue, harvested, processed, and grafted in the same procedure.

Dr. Baley's protocol: explant, autologous fat transfer, and replacement with a polyurethane implant made in Germany, certified under EU MDR Class III and unavailable in the US or Canada. Polytech PU is used for specific clinical reasons, including B-Lite, a lighter gel option.

Dr. Baley's training and background
Dr. Baley is a board-certified plastic surgeon, certified by the Consejo Mexicano de Cirugía Plástica, Estética y Reconstructiva. He completed fellowship training under Tonnard & Verpaele in Ghent, Belgium. He spent two years in the breast department of INCan, Mexico's National Cancer Institute, operating on complex reconstructive cases alongside oncological surgeons. That foundation is what rePlantation™ is built on.
Patients travel from the United States and Canada. Many come for his reconstructive training and for implant options that are unavailable in the US.
